1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup apricots, chopped
1/2 cup dates, chopped
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup oats
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups cheerios
