Originally a Cardamom Oatmeal Cookie.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cookie

3/4 cup apple sauce
2 tbs. butter
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup Craisins
1 1/2 cups white flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups rolled oats

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cookie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mis together first five ingredients until smooth. Then, continue mixing and add everything else. Drop onto baking sheets (these cookies do not melt or spread).
