The most awesome breakfast cookie ever - and no flour, no sugar, no dairy.

Recipe Ingredients for breakfast cookie

1 1/2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 unit Apple Sauce
3 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for breakfast cookie

  1. 1.5 cups of oats, 2-3 super ripened bananas,1 cup of unsweetened applesauce, chocolate chips you can add a handful of raisins or chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Just throw everything together, mix it up pretty well, throw it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes and then go to town!

  2. Update: thinking of adding vanilla to the mix.
