Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cookie

20 g Quaker Oats
1 tbsp Wholenut Peanut Butter
1/8 cup non fat milk, without added vitamin A
1 Banana
25 g dried mixed fruit

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cookie

  1. Mix the oats and PB in a small bowl, and stir.

  2. Add milk

  3. Stir in the dried fruit

  4. Spread mixture evenly over a small plate

  5. Put in the fridge overnight

  6. Put in freezer for 10 mins before eating.
