12/7/08- grind Fiber one up to yield 3/4 cup "flour".

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Chewies (w/ fiber)

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. fiber one
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips, mini
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, quartered
1/3 c. organic shredded coconut, 1/2 c. lite
1 tsp. vanilla
14 oz. condensed milk, one can

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Chewies (w/ fiber)

  1. Mix all ingredients by hand. Butter an 8-inch round cake pan. Put the mixture into the pan.

  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Let cool before you cut and eat.
