0.33 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 oz Chia Seeds, Dried
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 oz Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened
2 oz Organic Raw Cashews Nuts
1/2 cup, sliced Mangos
1 teaspoons GL3 Micronized L-Glutamine

Recipe Directions for Breakfast of champions

  1. Slice all fruit.

  2. Mix all ingredients in enough cool water to moisten. Chia seeds will soften in water. Oats will make water milky in a few minutes.
