1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup peaches
1/2 banana
3/4 cup skim milk
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp Egg, White, Dried, Powder, Glucose Reduced

Recipe Directions for Breakfast of Champions

  1. Add all items to blender, along with ice if desired. Blend.

  2. Tip: Freeze your fruit beforehand. It will create a thicker smoothie.
