This is a great substitute for the regular breakfast casserole with sausage, bacon and high fat cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole, reduced calorie and fat

8 slices of whole wheat bread
1 lb. ham, diced
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 lb. mozarella cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. onion salt
6 eggs
1 pint half and half, fat-free
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole, reduced calorie and fat

Spray Pam on a 9x12 pan. Cube bread and spread on bottom of pan. Sprinkle the ham over the top of the bread. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the ham and bread. Beat the eggs, seasonings and half & half together and pour over the top. Refrigerate overnite. Bake uncovered @350 for 40 minutes.
