Cheddar-Swiss-Hot Italian Suasage-Eggs

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

10 eggs
3 cup Fat Free Half & Half
4 oz cheddar cheese
600 g Multi-Grain Bread
4 oz Jarlsberg Swiss Deli Cheese
540 g green onion
16 oz hot italian sausage
1 tsp butter
1 tsp dry mustard

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

  1. Cuts crusts from bread

  2. butter 9x13 glass pan and lay out crust cut into squares in sbottom

  3. place precooked sausage and cheeses on top of bread

  4. lightly beat eggs and add other ingredients

  5. pour mixture over eggs/sausage/cheeses

  6. let it sit overnight

  7. bake at 350 for an hour
