Delicious breakfast casserole that can be made ahead of time for an easy breakfast that can be reheated and eaten all week.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

48 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
4 1/2 serving Oroweat DOUBLE FIBER Bread
2 cup Cheese
3 serving Canadian Style Bacon
4 tbsp Brummel
1 small Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
4 tbsp Chiles
3/4 cup Fat Free Milk

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread with the allotted margarine and place buttered side down in a 9x13 glass baking dish

  2. Dice onion, bell pepper and canadian bacon

  3. In a large bowl mix together egg whites, milk and cheese.

  4. Add onions, peppers, chiles and canadian bacon

  5. With an extra large spoon evenly ladle mixture on top of bread

  6. Let sit overnight to let egg soak into bread (at least 6 hours)

  7. Bake at 375' covered with foil for about 40 minutes

  8. Remove foil and continue another 10 minutes
