Breakfast Casserole with sausuage, eggs, and cheese. My family makes it Christmas morning every year!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

8 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 c. milk
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13-in. pan.

  2. Refridgerate overnight.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
