Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cups milk, reduced fat, 1% milkfat, fluid
6 eggs
6 slices white bread, cubed
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup ham, diced

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

Combine bread cubes, ham, cheese, onion and green pepper. Place in greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Whisk together eggs and milk. Pour over ingredients in pan. Cover and refrigerate to let bread hydrate. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve with fruit salad and hash browns.
