Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

10 eggs
2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese
2 cans fat free evaporated milk
1 french bread
5 oz turkey sausage

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

  1. Slice bread into 1" cubes

  2. Place bread into 9'x13' baking dish (spray with Pam)

  3. In a mixing bowl, scramble the eggs and two cans of milk

  4. Season to taste

  5. Pour mixture over bread

  6. Sprinkle with cheese and sausage

  7. Let sit overnight (or at least for 2 hours)

  8. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown
