4 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") Potatoes, Baked, Flesh
4 large Egg, Whole
8 oz Turkey Breakfast Sausage
2.963 oz Portobello Mushrooms
3 tbsp chopped Onions
3 oz Colby Jack Cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

Julienne potatoes, place on bottom of baking dish. Chop onion and sprinkle on potatoes. Add mushrooms. Spread cooked turkey sausage, then beaten eggs. Top off with shredded cheese.
