Awesome casserol for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

32 oz Shredded Hash Browns
1 cup, shredded Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
4 oz Sharp Cheddar
14 1/2 oz Red Gold Diced Tomatoes Roasted Garlic and Onion
8 large Egg, White
3/4 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
16 oz Original Recipe Pork Sausage

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Brown sausage

  3. Mix potatoes & cheddar cheese

  4. Layer 1/2 potato mixture

  5. Top with tomatoes

  6. Top with sausage

  7. Top with 1/2 potato mixture

  8. Top with mozzarella cheese

  9. Mix eggs, milk, salt/pepper

  10. Pour over top

  11. Bake covered 1 hour

  12. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese

  13. Bake uncovered 15 minutes
