Egg, cheese and sausage breakfast casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast casserole

8 serving Eggs White Grade A Large
2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
8 oz Cheddar Shredded Cheese
6 serving Sage Premium Pork Sausage
4 slices SunGrain Bread

Recipe Directions for Breakfast casserole

  1. Crumble and brown sausage.

  2. Mix eggs, 1 tsp dry mustard, and milk.

  3. Cube 4 slices of bread.

  4. Lay bread cubes over bottom of 11x13 inch baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread.

  6. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.

  7. Pour egg mixture over all and refrigerate (covered) overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
