Recipe Ingredients for breakfast casserole

3 slices light wheat bread
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese, grated
4 ounces cooked ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup onion, diced
3/4 cup egg beaters
1 1/2 cup fat free milk

Recipe Directions for breakfast casserole

mix bread, onions, pepper, cheese, and turkey sausage. mix egg and milk and pour over top. season as desired. can substitute ham or bacon for turkey sausage.
