A great dish to make the night before, just pop it in the oven in the morning.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

8 eggs
2 cups 2% milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices white bread, cubed
3/4 pound pork sausage, cooked & drained

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

  1. Beat eggs and milk, add salt and bread cubes

  2. Stir in cheese and sausage

  3. Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight

  4. Bake at 350for 45 minutes.

  5. (I've also made this recipe with cubed ham or cooked and crumbled bacon instead of sausage)
