Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

2 slices bread, Food for Life Ezekial 4:9
1/2 lb turkey sausage
1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1 c soy milk
1 T onion, chopped
1/2 t ground mustard
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

Cube bread. Place in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Sprinkle the sausage and cheese over bread cubes. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, onions, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over the sausage and cheese, Bade at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
