Recipe Ingredients for breakfast casserole

6 large eggs
6 slices whole wheat bread
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup low fat milk
1 lb bulk sausage

Recipe Directions for breakfast casserole

  1. cook and drain sausage

  2. beat eggs

  3. mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9x13 baking dish

  4. bake at 250 for 1 hour

  5. if not set, turn up the heat to 350 and bake until set
