This casserole can be used for breakfast or is great for a brunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

8 slices white bread
2 lbs sausage
4 cups cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 1/4 cups whole milk

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the bottom of a 13x9 in pan.

  2. Slice the 8 pieces of bread and place in the bottome of the pan. Cook and crumble the sausage, place on top of the bread. Put the shredded cheese on top of the sausage. Beat together the egg and milk then pour on top of the cheese. Bake 35 to 40 min.
