Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

1 lb. lean ham
6 eggs
2 c. skim milk
12 oz. hash browns, frozen
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced green peppers
1/2 c. diced onions
1 c Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

Thaw hash browns to room temperature. Mix mushroom pieces together with onions and peppers. Beat eggs and milk together, then add ham. Put in greased 13 x 9 inch pan, cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
