Recipe Ingredients for breakfast casserole

6 slices bread
16 oz. cooked sausage
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
8 eggs
1 pt. 2% milk
1 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for breakfast casserole

Grease 9 x 12 inch pan; line with bread. Sprinkle sausage and mustard over bread. Mix cheese, eggs, milk, spices; pour over bread and sausage. Cover and store overnight. Cook uncovered 35 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
