A low-carb but hearty breakfast casserole.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

10 eggs
12 ounces turkey sausage
4 strips bacon
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1 cup diced onion
8 ounces mushrooms
8 ounces cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

  1. chop bacon and brown with sausage, pepper, onion, and mushroom

  2. in a separate bowl, beat eggs

  3. mixed meat and vegetables with eggs

  4. add remaining ingredients

  5. bake at 375 until cooked all the way through (will be brown and bubbly on top)
