This receipe has it all. Everything you eat for breakfast mixed in and baked to perfection. It does require an over night stay for the dish but it is worth the wait.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

12 eggs
2 cups cheese (grated)
1 tbsp Mustard
2 pounds sausage
6 slices bread

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

  1. Brown sausage and let cool.

  2. Combine beaten eggs, 1 cup of cheese, and bread (tear to make small pieces) into a 13x9 baking dish

  3. Add sausage and mix well

  4. Sprinkle the other cup of cheese over the top

  5. Cover dish with tinfoil and leave in the fridge over night

  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes then remove tinfoil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
