Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole

5 cup Potatoes O'Brien
2 slice Pork, Cured, Ham, Steak, Boneless, Extra Lean, Unheated
6 serving Fully Cooked Bacon
8 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 oz Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole

Layer potatoes, chopped ham & bacon, then cheese in a lighty oiled baking dish. Whip eggs, yogurt, & milk in a bowl. Salt & pepper to taste. Pour evenly over cheese layer. Cover w/ aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover & continue baking for 30 more minutes or until eggs are set & browned.
