Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole - Amended to healthy

2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
4 oz Mori-nu (1/2 c sour cream, replaces 1/2 cup butter)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
10 3/4 ounce 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup fat free mozzarella cheese (replaces 2 cups cheddar)

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Casserole - Amended to healthy

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray one 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, onions, soup and cheese. Gently mix and pour into prepared pan or dish. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
