Easy to make, low in fat, and full of protein, this breakfast cassarole can be made ahead of time and baked in the morning.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cassarole

1 cup cottage cheese, non-fat
3/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/4 cup green chili sauce
2 oz monterey jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cassarole

  1. Spray an 8" square baking pan with Pam cooking spray.

  2. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  4. Cool a little before serving.
