This is our favorite Sunday morning breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cake

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. canola oil
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
4 T. flour
1/2 T. cinnamon
1 c. coconut
6 T. brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cake

  1. Mix first 8 ingredients and pour into 9x13 pan.

  2. Cut butter into flour, cinnamon, brown sugar mixture.

  3. Crumble topping over cake batter.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
