Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burritos

15 whole wheat tortillas
10 eggs
1 lb sausage
8 oz 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
8 oz Mild Thick & Chunky Salsa

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burritos

  1. Cook and drain sausage

  2. Scramble and cook eggs

  3. Add sausage and salsa to eggs on low heat

  4. Add 1/2 cup of mixture to each tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese.

  5. Wrap up in burritos.

  6. Freeze on parchment paper on cookie sheets until hard.

  7. Individually wrap and continue to freeze.

  8. For cooking: wrap loosely in paper towel and cook in microwave for 1-3 minutes or until warm.
