Great for a great and filling breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast burritos

1 cup Real Egg Product
5 link Chorizo
4 medium (2-1/4" to 2-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled

Recipe Directions for Breakfast burritos

  1. Cook chorizo and set aside.

  2. Peel and wash potatoes, dice and boil until mostly done.

  3. Cook potatoes and chorizo together to get a nice color and crunch on them.

  4. Right before serving, heat the tortillas and cook the eggs in a nonstick pan with nonstick spray, and add the potatoes and chorizo mixture.

  5. Roll and serve. If you are using authentic Mexican flour tortillas, wrapping the burritos in aluminum foil will help the tortillas soften around the filling.
