make these and freeze them then when you need breakfast in a hurry just zap one and wala!

Recipe Ingredients for breakfast burritos

12 eggs (beaten)
1 pound sausage (cooked)
1/2 cup salsa (chunky)
2 cups cheddar cheese (shreeded)
24 flour tortillas

Recipe Directions for breakfast burritos

  1. Scramble eggs in large skillet until done.

  2. stir in cooked sausage and salsa

  3. warm tortillas in microwave 20-30 seconds or until warm and flexible

  4. place in 1/2 cup egg mixture intor tortilla: roll burrito-style

  5. Freeze burritos in single layer on lighlty greased cookie sheet.

  6. when fully frozen wrap burritos individually

  7. place wrapped burritoes in large zip top freezer bags

  8. refreeze

  9. to serve cook in microwave until heated through about 2 minutes or thaw burritos, wrap in foil and bake qt 350 for ten minutes.
