Breakfast burritos made with either flour or whole wheat tortillias and either turkey or regular sausage

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burritos

6 ounces shredded low fat cheddar cheese
12 egg whites
1 pound pork sausage
8 tortillas

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burritos

  1. break the eggs and separate the whites you may add 1-2 yolks

  2. fry the sausage and add green onions and green chiles

  3. season with green sauce

  4. after sausage is cooked add egg whites and cook until eggs are almost done (burrito will be microwaved and will finish off eggs

  5. remove from heat and add cheese and mix well

  6. place in burritos wrap fold and freeze

  7. to eat place frozen burrito in microwave and cook for 2 to 2 and 1/2 minutes
