3 pounds boiled potatoes
1 cup light sour cream
1 pound turkey slices
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burritos

  1. Boil potatoes and cut in to cubes

  2. scramble eggs

  3. Add scrambled eggs to potatoes, with sour cream, pepper, salt, and cheese.

  4. Lay on to tortillas.

  5. Microwave for 2 minutes from defrosted
