I make these up and put in the freezer to grab in the morning and heat in the microwave at 50% power for 2 minutes - be sure to wrap in a moist paper towel to keep tortilla soft

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast burritos

9 serving Egg, Whole
1 small Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Cheddar and Monterey Jack with Tomato and Jalapeno Peppers Shredded Cheese
20 tortilla Soft Taco 8" Flour tortillas 20ct

Recipe Directions for Breakfast burritos

  1. saute onion and peppers in butter

  2. mix eggs and almond milk then add to vegetables, stirring constantly until eggs are forming curds but still runny

  3. add cheese cook until mixture is creamy with eggs forming small curds

  4. put a spoonful off center on tortilla and roll up
