Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burritos

1 Vegetable cooking spray
2 egg whites
1 corn tortilla
1/2 oz Sharp Cheddar (serving)
1/4 cup Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
1/4 cup Salsa

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burritos

  1. Spray vegetable cooking spray into a frying pan.

  2. Scramble the egg whites in the pan and cook to the desired degree of doneness. Place the cooked eggs on the tortilla.

  3. Sprinkle the cheese over the eggs.Place the beans over the cheese and eggs.

  4. Microwave for 30 seconds. Spoon salsa on top.
