84 g 3 Mission whole wheat tortillas
183 g 3/4 cup Egg Beaters
30 g soy milk
28 g Salsa
28 g jalapeno
38 g raw onion
28 g Lite Spam

Recipe Directions for Breakfast burritos with Lite Spam

  1. Fry Spam then cube.

  2. Mix and cook egg beaters, soy milk, onion, and Spam.

  3. Add 1/3 of eggs per shell with 1/3 jalapeno. Fold shell and fry in pan until crisp (do not burn).

  4. Add salsa and Ole!
