2 oz onion
1/5 cup milk
2 oz jalapeno
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
4 oz canned mushrooms
4 tablespoons salsa

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burritos - Homemade

  1. Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl

  2. Mix onions, jalapenos, and mushrooms in a skillet

  3. Heat until mixture begins to brown

  4. Add eggs, milk and cheese to skillet mixture

  5. Cook until eggs are set

  6. Warm tortillas in microwave

  7. Add filling to a tortilla shell

  8. Top with salsa
