Peppers, onions, eggs, and spice in a wrap. This makes a nice big burrito.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito Wraps

3 eggs
3/4 c chopped bell pepper
3/4 c chopped onion
1/2 jalapeno pepper
1/2 c salsa
4 oz flatout healthy grain wraps

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito Wraps

  1. Beat eggs with 1 Tbsp cold water.

  2. Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray.

  3. Add onions, bell pepper, and jalapeno, and saute over med-hi heat for about 5 minutes. Onions should be just starting to brown.

  4. Turn heat to medium, add beaten eggs and stir constantly with spatula until done. Microwave the 2 flatout wraps on HI for 35 seconds. Pile egg mixture on the wrap, add salsa, roll up, and eat!
