6 tbsp egg whites
1/8 cup cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese

  1. Warm up wrap

  2. Grill the turkey slices

  3. Cook eggs

  4. Put eggs and turkey on wrap

  5. Sprinkle Cheese and wrap up!

  6. Cottage cheese either in the wrap or on the side
