Trying to take one of my greatest cravings, but in a more healthful "skin".

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
4 tbsp Egg Whites
0.5 serving Bacon Lower Sodium
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 piece Mini Babybel Light Original

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

Heat 1 tsp of canola oil in egg pan. Beat egg until well blended. Add liquid egg white and blend well together. Add chopped onions to heated oil and cook until soft Add eggs and scramble with onions. Heat tortilla in microwave for 15 seconds until pliable. Add scrambled eggs down center of tortilla. Shred Babybel cheese on top of egg mixture. Reheat in microwave until cheese is melted. Roll up. Serve with salsa if you choose.
