I did not add the tortilla, as they seem to vary from Brand to Brand

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

1/2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
10 gram red onion, sliced
1 slice turkey bacon, extra lean
25 gram organic baby spinach
35 gram grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup Egg Substitute
10 gram feta cheese, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

  1. Over medium-high, heat a pan, add the olive oil, heat for about 30 seconds. Add the onion & Turkey bacon, and stir-fry for a minute. Add the spinach and halved grape tomatoes, and stir-fry until the spinach is wilted.

  2. heat the tortilla and sprinkle with Feta.

  3. Put the vegetables on top of the heated tortilla, topping the feta.

  4. return the pan to heat, add the egg beater, and cook rapidly until set. Top the vegetables and roll up the tortilla for the burrito.

  5. Note: You can add Salsa or whatever you would like. It is a low calorie breakfast, so healthy!
