Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

1 serving Egg, Whole
0.5 oz 50% Light Cheddar
0.2 cup Black Beans, Organic
0.75 serving Organic Black Bean and Corn Salsa
0.5 oz Sauteed Onions
0.2 medium Green Bell Peppers

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

Sautee chopped green peppers and onions for 5 minutes. Add rinsed black beans and cheese and mix. Scramble one egg. When done add mix and incorporate. Put one tablespool salsa on tortilla and add egg mixture. Wrap and serve. I make the pepper, onion, bean, and cheese mixture in the beginning of the week to make mornings easier.
