Recipe Ingredients for breakfast burrito

1 tortilla medium (approx 6" dia) Tortillas, Ready-to-bake Or -fry, Flour
1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
0.529 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.25 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
0.25 cup Black Beans, Organic

Recipe Directions for breakfast burrito

  1. saute onion and garlic in olive oil.

  2. add green peppers, mushrooms and tomato cook till almost done. Add egg and scramble. sprinkle cheese on tortilla, add jalapenos and wrap.
