Recipe Ingredients for breakfast burrito

1 egg
1 egg white
1 flour tortilla
1 tbsp diced onion
1 tbsp diced mushrooms
1 tbsp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp green pepper
1 tbsp salsa
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp frozen corn

Recipe Directions for breakfast burrito

  1. Saute all vegetables in butter.

  2. Add beaten eggs and scramble in with cheese.

  3. fold into soft flour tortilla and top with salsa and sour cream.
