1 serving Classic Whole Wheat Tortillas
1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup chopped Red Onion
100 grams Salsa
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
1 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

  1. Combine Eggs, Milk, Veggies, maybe some spices and quickly scramble (only until all egg liquid it cooked).

  2. Once cooked pop into tortilla, top with salsa and sour cream.
