1.5 cups diced potota 1 cup onions and peppers 4 oz can mushroom 8 oz ff cream cheese 3 tbsp garlic 1 box morningstar sagsage links 1 cup diced tomato 12 egg whites 2 cups tomato sauce 6 whole wheat tortilla 10 inch

Recipe Ingredients for breakfast burrito

1 1/2 cup diced potato
1 cup green pepper
4 oz mushroom
1 cup diced tomato
12 egg whites
2 cup tomato sauce
3 T CHOPPED GARLIC
1 T SALT
1 T PEPPER
18 TORTILLA

Recipe Directions for breakfast burrito

cook diced pototo for 5 min in 1 tablespoon olive oil,add all other ingredents and simmer 15 min, place 1/6 mixture in tortilla and wrap, place burritos in pan , pour tomoto sauce over and shredded cheese over top, bake for 20min 400 degree oven
