Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast burrito

2 eggs
1 flour tortilla
1/3 cup kale
1/4 cup green onions
1/4 cup cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast burrito

  1. Heat small amount of butter in a cast iron skillet; when hot, add eggs and scramble in the pan.

  2. When eggs are mostly done, add fresh chopped green onions and kale. Cook until eggs are done and kale is slightly wilted.

  3. Sprinkle cheese on tortilla; add cooked egg mixture and fold tortilla into burrito.
