Egg and veggies toasted in a warm tortilla.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

1 serving Mission Foods, Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 Inch
2 eggs Egg, Scrambled
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 cup pieces Mushrooms
0.25 cup Spinach
1 Medium Tomatoes
2 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
1/2 cup Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Salsa
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

  1. Saute veggies in olive oil until soft.

  2. Add 2 scrambled eggs, and cook over low heat until moisture is cooked off. Stir frequently.

  3. Add cheese, and remove from heat. Let sit 1 minute.

  4. Fill tortilla with egg mixture and roll into a burrito. Cut into 2 servings if desired and cover with salsa.
