Quick and easy breakfast burrito. Replacing olive oil with the fat from the bacon and using more egg whites than whole eggs to balance out the bacon. Could probably work with turkey bacon and a non-stick pan as well...

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Burrito

1 egg
2 egg whites
1/2 bacon
1 flour tortilla
1 slice Swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Burrito

  1. Take approximately 1.5 strips of bacon, chop into small pieces and place in a hot pan until it starts to sizzle.

  2. Add 1 full egg and two full egg whites and scramble with the bacon.

  3. Place slice of cheese on the edge of the flour tortilla and put the scrambled eggs and bacon on top.

  4. Add spinach or salad greens if you want.

  5. Roll up and eat.
